| ok, so i havent written in ages and ages and so on, mainly because as you all know, xanga has died. but its late and i felt like doing this.
the first thing you should notcie is the music. its a very pretty hanukkah song me thinks, couldnt find the version i wanted but oh well. so yes, hanukkah began at sunset earlier today. ive been feeling not that jewish lately, havent gone to sinagogue for a very long time, dont really think about it or do anything. i dunno, sometimes i just really wish i acted more jewish, like now. i like judaism a lot. blah. so yes. *gnaws on piece of chocolate gelt*
so appart from that, my weekend is packed quite solid. im hoping to sleep in tomorrow, and then go to club to practice fencing things. then i have to write an english paper that was due a month ago, a history paper that was assigned a month ago that im completely unprepared to write, and prepare a whole jazz solo for thursday. not to mention the J.O. qualifiers on sunday, which will go from about 7am to 6pm. so my time is a bit cramped. and my mom wont even give me a hanukkah present till my work is done

| ah so i havent written a while, not much to say anyways. people are off at camp or off in far lands where ever. summer has been good so far, about half over now, but oh well. im actually kind of looking forward to school in ways, i like my schedule, its just depressing to go back and feel that you wont have summer vacation for another almost 10 months. so anyways, played a lot of airsoft, has been fun, shot by two rifles from about 20 feet away both hitting at the same time on my neck, a bit painful... ok ill shut up.

So i got back from Ireland on tuesday, just missed the hail, but yea. I love Ireland. Its so nice there. So pretty much, we saw lots of drunks, lots of cows and sheep, lots of medieval castles and keeps, heard lots of music (including drunks singing), heard lots of people speaking gaelic, got chased by bulls, got drunk, almost died trying to drive on the left, made friends in pubs, treaded through enchanted forests, and just generally had a good time. And now i am back in the ugly hot weather of New England, oh well. Tis good to be back.
